it back up and running. The thing that impressed me the most is that
he did it from memory, while he was on the go. I have found my
computer repair guy. The last time it went down I took it to geek
squad and they gave it back to me in worse condition that I gave it to

Trifutec was a great help in fixing our problem. We were having a problem with our system which included
Quickbooks.
As Business Manager, this was very serious to me, as the problem
occurred a few days before payroll was to be submitted. After calling
Quickbooks, I was informed that fixing the problem would cost me over
$90 for a one-time service and the file would be returned to me in
about 5 business days (way too late to submit payroll on time).

was. He fixed the problem within about an hour and a half of arriving
and gave me advice on how to improve the conditions of my computer. He
was very knowledgeable on the different methods of diagnosing and
repairing the problem, and charged us under half of what
Intuit/Quickbooks wanted to charge us. He saved us time and money.
Best of all, he didn't ruin any of our files as many computer technician service providers will often do.

I had a project that I wanted to do this year for a sport I am involved
in. My idea was to record players statistics over the course of the
season. Although I was able to draw it up on paper and pen I figured it
would be a lot better if it could be done on a spreadsheet. I called Ben
and told him my idea for this project and asked him if there was a way
to put all the information on a spreadsheet. Ben was not only able to
give me additional advice on how to make such a project better but was
also able to create a spreadsheet in just a couple of days. Ben was
also able to guide me through the whole process of inputting data into
the spreadsheet. Ben has not only amazed me with his knowledge of
computers and software but how well he is in explaining how to work
with the software. Especially to someone who might not be as familiar
with computers and software like myself. There is no doubt that this
project will help with our basketball season and I have Ben to thank
for helping me.
