Service guarantee
All service is guaranteed to be excellent and delivered within the boundaries of any agreement whether written or verbal in accordance with times and dates of service to be provided. If our service is faulty, not configured correctly, or causes an unforeseen compatibility issue we will return to correct our mistake at an agreed upon time that is convenient for the customer with no further charge to the customer. If for a reason beyond the control of the customer a Trifutec staff member cannot complete the work agreed upon, a full refund will be given back to the customer or if payment has not been made, the customer will owe nothing.1
Privacy policy
Our privacy policy is simple. We will not sell, rent, trade, or forward any customer information to any third party for any reason whatsoever. Trifutec will not disclose sensitive information regarding customer interactions to anyone. Customers are encouraged to email a testimonial message for posting on our website, but Trifutec reserves the right to post the message or edit the content to abide by company policy.
